The service

• AquaPDF offers free online tools to merge, split, compress, convert, and otherwise process PDF and Office files.
• Converted files are available for 60 minutes and are then deleted automatically, so download them promptly. Uploaded originals are deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. See the privacy policy.
• Guests can use the tools without an account, within a fair-use limit. A free account removes that limit.

Acceptable use

• Only upload files you have the right to process. Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe, scrape, or automate the service, or to bypass its limits. We may rate-limit, block, or suspend abusive traffic and accounts without notice.
• File size and count limits apply per tool and are shown on each tool page.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can change your details or password in My account, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

No warranty

AquaPDF is provided free of charge, "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every conversion will be perfect. Always keep your own copy of your original files.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaPDF is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including lost data or files that were not downloaded before automatic deletion.

Changes and law

We may update these terms or the service; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
